Designed for low-amp industrial plants running on a 460V 3-phase power supply (11 amps), the stationary Hotsy model CWC-55 provides 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 7.5 HP electric motor (1725 RPM), its belt-drive setup features a vertical tensioned belt design that maximizes energy efficiency while minimizing drive maintenance. The Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump utilizes long-lasting NESTechnology U-seals and features an accessible oil drain for simple maintenance. Managed via Programmable Smart Control Automation, facilities can program precise auto start/stop logic and delay shutdowns to preserve energy and prevent thermal wear. Engineered for food industry sanitation and wash bay installation, the cabinet unit accepts hot supply water and includes an internal float tank to prevent sediment damage, a locking cabinet lid, removable service panels, adjustable upstream soap injection, an insulated spray wand with side handle, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
