Designed for 575V/3PH circuits drawing 9 amps, this 7.5 HP cabinet washer delivers 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI, featuring a NESTechnology triplex pump and Smart Control Automation.
Engineered specifically for heavy manufacturing facilities configured with 575V 3-phase power, the stationary Hotsy model CWC-56 draws just 9 amps while supplying 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 7.5 HP motor running at 1770 RPM, its vertical belt-tensioned drive turns a heavy-duty Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump. Long-term dependability is guaranteed by NESTechnology U-seals that deliver 3x the service life of standard packing, paired with an integrated pump oil drain for quick maintenance. Programmable Smart Control Automation gives full control over operational settings, including automated start/stop and configurable time-delay shutdown times. Featuring a compact cabinet footprint (24.5" x 21" x 36") with a security locking lid and removable service panels, the CWC-56 includes an internal float tank to filter water impurities, adjustable upstream chemical injection, an insulated spray gun assembly, and 50 feet of high-pressure wire-braided hose.
