The Hotsy Model CWC-63 steps up water flow to 5.0 GPM at 2000 PSI, making it an ideal choice for high-volume flushing applications on 230V 1-phase electrical power (36 amps). Powered by a quiet 7.5 HP motor (1725 RPM), its vertical belt-drive transmission powers a large-frame Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex ceramic plunger pump backed by a 7-year warranty. NESTechnology U-seals extend seal life significantly, while the single vertical tensioned belt reduces mechanical wear. Machine operation is governed by Programmable Smart Control Automation, offering automated start/stop functionality and customizable time-delay shutdown. Outfitted inside a compact steel cabinet enclosure with removable front/side panels and a locking lid, features include an internal float tank to buffer supply pressure, upstream soap sudsing, an insulated trigger gun with ergonomic side-handle wand, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
