The Hotsy Model CWC-66 is built for industrial manufacturing sites with 575V 3-phase electrical service, drawing a minimal 8 amps while outputting a high-volume 5.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. Powered by a 7.5 HP motor (1770 RPM), it operates a large-frame Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex belt-drive pump featuring long-lasting NESTechnology U-seals and a convenient oil drain port. The vertical tensioned belt configuration reduces vibration and maintenance costs over time. Operator settings like auto start/stop and time-delay shutdown are managed through Hotsy’s Programmable Smart Control Automation. Ready for remote wash bay integration and hot water supply lines, features include a float tank to prevent sediment intake, removable side/front cabinet panels, a security locking lid, adjustable upstream detergent injection, an insulated trigger gun with ergonomic side grip, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose.
