The Hotsy Model CWC-53 is an industrial stationary cold water cabinet pressure washer designed for heavy-duty wash bay cleaning, particularly in food processing plants where pre-heated water capability is essential. Operating on a 230V single-phase electrical connection drawing 36 amps, its 7.5 HP electric motor runs at 1725 RPM to operate a large-frame Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex belt-drive pump that produces 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. The pump incorporates NESTechnology with U-seals for up to 3x longer seal lifespan, supported by a vertical tensioned belt system that reduces maintenance costs by eliminating multi-belt stretching. Advanced system regulation is provided by Programmable Smart Control Automation, allowing custom setup of runtime, auto start/stop, and time-delay shutdown routines. Built in a space-saving cabinet measuring 24.5" x 21" x 36", key features include a internal float tank to maintain stable supply pressure and block debris, removable side/front panels with a locking lid, adjustable upstream soap injection, an insulated trigger gun with side-handle wand, and 50 feet of wire-braided high-pressure hose.
