BD Series Pressure Washer
This model is one of the most rugged cold water pressure washers on the market with its all-steel frame and cage.
The Hotsy Model BD-404029 delivers high-pressure cold water cleaning in a rugged 4-wheel large cage frame designed for demanding job sites. Powered by a commercial 479cc Vanguard 16 gas engine, it operates a belt-driven Hotsy HX5843R.2 triplex pump to output 4.0 GPM at 4000 PSI. The belt-drive configuration dampens motor vibration and pressure spikes, keeping internal components cool during extended wash sessions. Built for maximum durability, the pump includes high-temperature seals capable of taking incoming water up to 180°F. Standard features include a visual hour meter to track service hours, downstream detergent injection with a zinc-plated variable-pressure dual-lance wand for remote chemical control, tri-lingual safety labels, and a 50-foot high-pressure wire-braided hose that provides a large working radius. ETL safety certified.
