Built for industrial sites with 230V 3-phase electrical power (40 amps), the Hotsy Model 1830SS delivers an exceptional 6.0 GPM flow rate at 3000 PSI for heavy oil and grime removal. It is driven by a 15 HP Baldor motor with thermal overload protection and manual reset, running a heavy-duty Hotsy HX9536L.2 belt-drive pump enhanced with NESTechnology U-seals. Thermal heating is powered by an oil-fired upright burner outputting 579,776 BTU/hr, protected by a sleek stainless-steel coil skin. Machine controls are managed through a secured Smart Relay for programmable auto start/stop and time-delay settings, alongside an internal thermostat located behind the front panel to prevent unauthorized temperature tampering. Built for long-term serviceability, the unit includes removable cabinet panels, a pivoting burner assembly, a protective pressure relief valve, adjustable upstream detergent injection, quick-disconnect stainless steel nozzles (0°, 15°, 40°), and 50 feet of wire-braided hose with an insulated trigger gun wand.
