The Hotsy Model 1832SS combines massive 6.0 GPM water volume at 3000 PSI with clean-burning natural gas heating, making it ideal for permanent industrial wash stations running on 230V 3-phase electricity (38 amps). Powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor, its belt-drive Hotsy HX9536L.2 triplex pump utilizes NESTechnology to drastically extend seal life. The vertical natural gas burner generates 558,050 BTU/hr inside a Schedule 80 coil wrapped with a stainless-steel skin for maximum weather protection. Operator settings like auto start/stop are managed through an internal Smart Relay, while an enclosed thermostat control prevents fuel-wasting tampering. System highlights include easily removable cabinet side panels for servicing, an elevated gas valve protected from water damage, a drop-down burner ring design, an over-pressurization safety relief valve, adjustable upstream soap injection, stainless steel quick-connect nozzles, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose with an ergonomic trigger gun.
