The Hotsy Model 1835SS is a low-draw, high-performance natural gas pressure washer engineered for industrial facilities with 460V 3-phase electrical connections (19 amps). Powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with thermal overload protection, it drives a Hotsy HX9536L.2 belt-drive pump to deliver 6.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. The natural gas burner supplies 558,050 BTU/hr through an upright vertical coil encased in a protective stainless-steel skin. Automated operations, including custom auto start/stop parameters, are governed by a Smart Relay housed behind the main control panel. Designed for streamlined serviceability and operator safety, the machine includes easily removable side panels, a tamper-proof internal thermostat control, an elevated gas valve, a drop-down burner assembly, safety pressure relief protection, adjustable upstream soap injection, color-coded spray nozzles, and a 50-foot wire-braided high-pressure hose.
