Designed for 575V 3-phase circuits, this 15 HP natural gas washer delivers 6.0 GPM at 3000 PSI with a 16-amp draw and NESTechnology triplex pump.
Tailored for heavy manufacturing facilities equipped with 575V 3-phase power, the stationary Hotsy Model 1836SS draws only 16 amps while generating 6.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 15 HP Baldor motor, its belt-drive setup operates a large-frame Hotsy HX9536L.2 pump with NESTechnology U-seals for extended pump life. Thermal output is supplied by a natural gas burner delivering 558,050 BTU/hr, wrapped in a rugged, rust-resistant stainless-steel coil skin. A secured Smart Relay grants complete control over operating settings like auto start/stop, while a concealed internal thermostat prevents unauthorized temperature adjustments to conserve fuel. Complete with removable cabinet access panels, a water-protected elevated gas valve, a pivoting burner ring assembly, pressure relief safety valve, upstream detergent injection, quick-connect nozzles (0°, 15°, 40°), and a 50-foot high-pressure hose with an insulated spray wand.
