The Hotsy Model 5732SS combines high-volume 8.0 GPM washing performance at 3000 PSI with clean-burning natural gas heating on a 230V 3-phase electrical supply (42 amps). Powered by a 20 HP motor mounted on convenient slide-out rails, its vertical banded belt system drives a large-frame Hotsy HX9536L.2 pump backed by long-lasting NESTechnology U-seals. The vertical natural gas burner outputs 720,450 BTU/hr through an efficient coil assembly encased in a rust-resistant stainless-steel coil skin. System operation is managed via Programmable Smart Control Automation, enabling secure management over unit runtimes, auto start/stop, and delay shutdown functions. Key maintenance and safety features include an elevated water-protected gas valve, a drop-down burner assembly for simple pilot inspection, removable cabinet side panels, an integrated pressure relief valve, upstream detergent injection, stainless quick-connect spray nozzles (0°, 15°, 40°), and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
