Engineered specifically for facility wash bays operating on 208V 3-phase electrical service (55 amps), the stationary Hotsy Model 5732SS-208 delivers an impressive 8.0 GPM flow rate at 3000 PSI. Its 20 HP electric motor is installed on slide-out rails to simplify maintenance and drives a Hotsy HX9536L.2 belt-drive pump featuring NESTechnology U-seals for extended packing life. Thermal heat is supplied by a 720,450 BTU/hr natural gas burner wrapped around a vertical heating coil protected by a durable stainless-steel skin. Advanced control is provided by Programmable Smart Control Automation, allowing operators to set customized auto start/stop and time-delay shutdown routines. Outfitted for heavy industrial wash environments, standard highlights include an elevated gas valve located at the back corner to protect against water damage, a drop-down pivoting burner assembly, a thermal relief safety valve, upstream high-pressure soap sudsing, removable cabinet access panels, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose with an insulated trigger gun wand.
