Built for industrial manufacturing facilities operating on 460V 3-phase electrical infrastructure, the stationary Hotsy Model 5733SS draws 23 amps while generating 8.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by a 20 HP motor mounted on slide-out rails for effortless serviceability, it powers a heavy-duty Hotsy HX9536L.2 triplex ceramic plunger pump with NESTechnology U-seals. Thermal output is supplied by an oil-fired vertical burner producing 768,000 BTU/hr, wrapped inside a durable stainless-steel coil skin that resists chemical and water overspray. Operating settings are configured using an internal Smart Relay for Programmable Smart Control Automation, enabling automated start/stop and time-delay shutdown modes. Designed for demanding wash pads, it features easily removable side and front panels, a pivoting burner assembly for fast maintenance access, thermal expansion pressure relief protection, adjustable upstream soap injection, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with a cool-grip wand.
