Designed specifically for heavy industrial sites operating on 575V 3-phase power, the stationary Hotsy Model 5736SS draws just 16 amps while delivering a powerful 8.0 GPM flow rate at 3000 PSI. Its 20 HP motor is mounted on slide-out rails for quick access and drives a large-frame Hotsy HX9536L.2 belt-drive pump equipped with NESTechnology U-seals for up to 3x longer seal lifespan. The clean-burning natural gas vertical burner produces 720,450 BTU/hr, wrapped in a rugged stainless-steel coil skin. A secured Smart Relay grants complete control over operational parameters such as auto start/stop and configurable time-delay shutdown times. Built for wash bay reliability, the unit features an elevated gas valve protected from water splashes, a drop-down burner assembly, removable cabinet side panels, thermal expansion pressure relief protection, adjustable upstream detergent injection, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose.
