Engineered for high-volume stationary cleaning in wash bays powered by 208V 3-phase electrical service (48 amps), the Hotsy Model 5832SS-208 generates 9.5 GPM at 2500 PSI. Powered by a 20 HP motor on slide-out rails, its belt-drive setup operates a high-capacity Hotsy HX1036L.2 pump with NESTechnology U-seals for extended seal durability. Thermal output is supplied by an upright natural gas burner producing 939,890 BTU/hr, wrapped in a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel coil skin. Controlled via Hotsy's Programmable Smart Control Automation, operators can program precise time-delay shutdowns and auto start/stop routines to reduce pump idle wear. Machine hardware includes a water-protected elevated gas valve, a drop-down burner ring assembly for convenient servicing, removable cabinet panels, pressure relief safety protection, adjustable upstream detergent injection, and 50 feet of high-pressure hose with an insulated wand.
