The Hotsy Model 5835SS delivers maximum water volume for facilities operating on a 460V 3-phase power supply (21 amps), producing a high-flow 9.5 GPM at 2500 PSI. Driven by a 20 HP electric motor installed on slide-out rails, its vertical banded belt powers a Hotsy HX1036L.2 triplex ceramic plunger pump backed by NESTechnology U-seals. The clean-burning natural gas vertical burner outputs 939,890 BTU/hr through an efficient coil assembly encased in a stainless-steel coil skin. Managed by Programmable Smart Control Automation, the internal Smart Relay allows users to configure automated start/stop and time-delay shutdown parameters. Standard operational features include a corner-mounted elevated gas valve protected from water damage, a drop-down burner assembly for quick pilot access, removable side panels, a pressure relief safety valve, upstream detergent injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
