The Hotsy Model 821 is a belt-drive, electric-powered hot water pressure washer designed for heavy-duty commercial applications requiring high heat and steady water volume. Operating on a 208V 1-phase electrical connection (33 amps), its 6.2 HP electric motor (3450 RPM) powers a Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump backed by a 7-year limited warranty. Delivering 4.0 GPM at 2300 PSI, this model utilizes an oil-fired upright burner generating 381,000 BTU/hr to rapidly dissolve grease and oil. Housed in a protective cabinet with a durable stainless-steel coil skin, the unit features an integrated float tank to maintain constant water pressure and prevent sediment damage. Despite its heavy-duty performance, its compact 28-inch width easily fits through standard doorways. Complete with 12-inch solid rubber tires, beefy casters, forklift slots, a 35-foot GFCI power cord, an adjustable thermostat, an 8-gallon rust-proof poly fuel tank with cap gauge, adjustable upstream detergent injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
