Engineered for industrial facilities with 3-phase power infrastructure, the Hotsy Model 845 operates on a 460V/3PH circuit drawing just 10 amps. Its slow-speed 5 HP motor (1725 RPM) drives a Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump, delivering 3.5 GPM at 2000 PSI with reduced wear and vibration. Thermal power is supplied by an oil-fired upright burner delivering 381,000 BTU/hr, wrapped in a stainless-steel coil skin for environmental durability. Built-in equipment safety features include a float tank to prevent sediment intake, a thermal expansion pressure relief valve, and a Schedule 80 steel heating coil carrying a 5-year warranty. The 28-inch wide cabinet frame fits through standard doorways and incorporates forklift slots, 12-inch flat-free solid rubber tires, and heavy-duty casters for versatile mobility. It includes an intuitive control panel with adjustable thermostat controls, a rust-proof 8-gallon poly fuel tank with visual fuel gauge, adjustable upstream detergent injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose.
