Designed for commercial sites equipped with 230V 3-phase power, the Hotsy Model 854 offers high-volume 4.0 GPM output at 3000 PSI while drawing 25 amps. Driven by a 7.5 HP slow-speed motor (1725 RPM), its belt-drive setup reduces vibration and component wear on the premium Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump. Water is rapidly heated by a 381,000 BTU/hr upright oil burner encased in a sleek, rust-resistant stainless-steel coil skin. A built-in float tank protects internal systems from water pressure surges and fine sediment contamination. Built with transport efficiency in mind, its 28-inch width easily passes through doors, while integrated forklift slots, 12-inch solid rubber tires, and beefy front casters facilitate movement across plants and job sites. Additional features include a simple control panel with adjustable temperature control, an 8-gallon poly fuel tank with cap gauge, upstream detergent injection, and onboard wand and hose management.
