Tailored specifically for industrial sites with 575V 3-phase electrical connections, the Hotsy Model 856 draws only 11 amps while delivering 4.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Driven by an 8.2 HP motor (3450 RPM) paired with a Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump, this belt-drive unit handles continuous commercial washdown requirements. Heating power comes from an oil-fired upright burner outputting 381,000 BTU/hr, wrapped in a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel coil skin. An internal float tank acts as a water reservoir, ensuring constant supply pressure while shielding machine components from incoming debris. Designed to combine stability and maneuverability, its 28-inch wide cabinet fits easily through doorways and is equipped with forklift slots, 12-inch flat-free solid rubber tires, and heavy-duty casters. Outfitted with an adjustable thermostat control panel, an 8-gallon polyethylene fuel tank with cap gauge, upstream detergent injection, and onboard wand and hose storage.
