The Hotsy Model 874 delivers top-tier performance for industrial facilities equipped with 230V 3-phase electrical service (29 amps). Powered by a 10 HP motor (1770 RPM), this belt-drive unit provides a powerful 5.0 GPM flow rate at 3000 PSI to wash away heavy grease and mud rapidly. Water temperature is elevated quickly by an oil-fired upright burner outputting 404,000 BTU/hr, wrapped in a stainless-steel coil skin for extreme durability. An integrated float tank maintains steady inlet pressure and filters out particulate matter to shield the Hotsy HM4035R.3 triplex pump. Despite its high industrial capacity, the 28-inch cabinet width allows standard door clearance, supported by forklift slots, 12-inch flat-free solid rubber tires, and durable casters. It includes an adjustable thermostat control panel, an 8-gallon poly fuel tank with fuel gauge, upstream detergent injection, and a 50-foot high-pressure hose with onboard storage.
