Powered by a 7.5 HP WEG motor on 460V/3PH, this zero-emission all-electric washer delivers 3.5 GPM at 3000 PSI with nine dry heating elements.
Combining high pressure with zero exhaust emissions, the Hotsy Model HWE-403009C is built for heavy indoor wash facilities connected to 460V 3-phase power (59 amps). Driven by a 7.5 HP WEG electric motor, its belt-drive Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump supplies 3.5 GPM at 3000 PSI. Water temperature is elevated using nine high-efficiency electric heating elements generating 138,308 BTU/hr, designed out of direct contact with water to minimize mineral scale deposits. The integrated Auto Start/Stop functionality permits convenient remote gun operation while protecting pump seals during idle periods. Constructed inside an epoxy powder-coated upper and lower cabinet mounted on vibration isolators, safety features include a low-water cutoff float switch, magnetic motor starter, and inlet filter strainer. It comes complete with a 50-foot 5000 PSI wire-braided hose, fatigue-free trigger gun with stainless-steel dual-lance wand, quick-connect spray nozzles, and an easy-attach detergent injector.
