The Hotsy Model HWE-403009F delivers top-tier 3000 PSI cleaning pressure in an all-electric, pollution-free package for facilities operating on 575V 3-phase electrical power (49 amps). Driven by a 7.5 HP Baldor electric motor, its belt-drive system operates a premium Hotsy HM4030R.3 triplex pump backed by a 7-year limited warranty. Thermal heat is supplied by nine high-efficiency heating elements generating 138,308 BTU/hr, positioned out of water contact to extend element life and prevent scale accumulation. Featuring an Auto Start/Stop system for remote trigger-gun activation, the machine is enclosed in a protective powder-coated cabinet mounted on a vibration-dampening power platform. Essential equipment includes a safety low-water float switch, magnetic motor starter, inlet strainer, downstream detergent injector, quick-coupling stainless steel nozzles, and 50 feet of 5000 PSI rated high-pressure hose with an insulated dual-lance spray wand.
