Hotsy's stationary all electric hot water pressure washer, making it ideal for indoor use.
The Hotsy Model HWE-402009C is an all-electric stationary hot water pressure washer designed for indoor industrial applications requiring zero exhaust emissions. Operating on a 460V 3-phase electrical connection drawing 55 amps, its 6.2 HP Baldor motor drives a Hotsy HM4030R.3 belt-drive pump to deliver 4.0 GPM at 2000 PSI. Thermal heat is generated by nine high-efficiency electric heating elements producing 138,308 BTU/hr without contacting pressurized water, significantly reducing scale buildup and maintenance needs. Built on a vibration-isolated power platform, the unit features an Auto Start/Stop system that starts the machine automatically when the spray trigger is pulled. System protections include a low-water float switch to prevent element burnout, an inlet filter strainer, a magnetic motor starter, and an epoxy powder-coated cabinet. Standard equipment includes a 50-foot 5000 PSI high-pressure hose, an insulated trigger gun with a dual-lance variable pressure wand, quick-coupler nozzles, and a detergent injector.
