The Hotsy Model 1270SS combines high pressure with mobile versatility, generating 4.5 GPM at 4000 PSI for severe commercial surface cleaning. Powered by a 688cc Honda GX630 gas engine with electric start, its belt-drive setup powers a heavy-duty Hotsy HX5843R.2 triplex pump. Heat is supplied by a 12V DC oil-fired burner producing 414,318 BTU/hr, wrapped in a rust-resistant stainless-steel coil skin. Built within a protective roll-cage chassis equipped with a coil stabilizing strap, it mounts easily onto trailers or truck beds. Machine features include a float tank to protect pump seals from debris, an 8-gallon polyethylene fuel tank with cap-mounted gauge, a control box with an hour meter and adjustable thermostat, upstream soap injection, and a 50-foot wire-braided hose with cool-grip trigger gun.
