The Hotsy Model HSDS-503069E is upgraded to Super Duty specs, featuring a oversized Leuco Hawk HHP2750R pump running at reduced RPMs for extreme component longevity. Powered by a 16 HP Tier IV Kubota Z602-E4B diesel engine, this belt-driven skid washer supplies 5.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. The high-efficiency 12V DC Wayne burner produces 465,000 BTU/hr, encased in a rust-resistant stainless-steel coil wrap with a 5-year non-prorated coil warranty. Built into a protective square steel tube frame with removable service supports, it features two 25-gallon cross-linked poly fuel tanks for long uninterrupted shift work. Operational highlights include a fuel/water separator filter, a water-resistant control panel with adjustable thermostat controls, hour meter, volt meter, and keyed ignition, a VRT100 unloader valve, safety relief protection, and 50 feet of two-wire hose with an insulated spray wand.
