Designed for severe-duty industrial wash applications, the Hotsy Model HSDS-653569E utilizes a heavy-frame Leuco Hawk HHP3650R pump operating at lower RPMs to deliver 6.5 GPM at 3500 PSI. Driven by a 24 HP Tier IV Kubota D1105-E4B diesel engine, its tri-banded belt drive provides smooth, low-vibration operation. Thermal heating is generated by a 12V DC Wayne oil burner supplying 565,000 BTU/hr through a foil-insulated 3/4-inch Schedule 80 vertical coil. Enclosed in a square tube frame, it carries 50 gallons of diesel fuel across dual 25-gallon HDPE tanks to maximize uptime. Equipment includes a fuel/water separator, a water-resistant control panel with key ignition, volt meter, hour meter, and adjustable thermostat, a high-flow VRT100 unloader valve, pressure relief safety protection, and a 50-foot two-wire high-pressure hose.
