The Hotsy Model HSDS-952569E represents the pinnacle of Super Duty performance, pairing a massive Leuco Hawk HFR60FR low-RPM pump with a 24 HP Tier IV Kubota D1105-E4B diesel engine. Outputting a high-volume 9.5 GPM at 2500 PSI, water is rapidly heated by a 780,000 BTU/hr 12V DC Wayne burner wrapped inside a ceramic-insulated Schedule 80 coil and stainless-steel skin. Built on a rugged square steel tube frame with removable support panels, the skid incorporates dual 25-gallon fuel tanks providing 50 gallons of total fuel capacity. Standard highlights include a fuel/water separator to preserve fuel system life, a water-resistant control box with key ignition, volt meter, hour meter, and adjustable thermostat, a high-capacity VRT100 unloader, safety relief valve, remote water tank plumbing connections, and 50 feet of 1/2-inch two-wire hose.
