The Hotsy Model HSS-653569E combines high pressure and high volume for severe industrial cleaning, outputting 6.5 GPM at 3500 PSI. Powered by a 24 HP Tier IV Kubota D1105-E4B diesel engine, its tri-banded belt drive operates a Hotsy HX8043R.2 triplex ceramic plunger pump. Water is rapidly heated by a 12V DC Wayne burner outputting 565,000 BTU/hr, wrapped inside a heavy-duty stainless-steel coil skin with a 5-year non-prorated coil warranty. The unit's rugged square tube skid frame supports dual 25-gallon cross-linked poly fuel tanks, allowing all-day field operation without refueling stops. Standard equipment includes a water-resistant control panel with adjustable thermostat controls, hour meter, volt meter, and key ignition, a fuel/water separator, a VRT100 unloader valve, safety relief valve protection, and 50 feet of 3/8-inch two-wire abrasion-resistant hose with an insulated spray wand.
