The Hotsy Model HSS-803069E delivers exceptional water volume to strip heavy grease, mud, and industrial residue, outputting 8.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. Powered by a 24 HP Tier IV Kubota D1105-E4B diesel engine with electric start, its belt-drive system powers a Hotsy HX9536.2 triplex pump. A high-output 12V DC Wayne burner produces 635,000 BTU/hr through a 3/4-inch Schedule 80 steel vertical coil protected by a stainless-steel coil wrap. Enclosed in a heavy-duty square tube frame with removable side supports, the skid accommodates 50 gallons of onboard fuel capacity across two cross-linked HDPE tanks. Outfitted for demanding field environments, it includes a fuel/water separator to protect fuel components, a water-resistant control box with a key ignition, volt meter, hour meter, and adjustable thermostat, a high-flow VRT100 unloader valve, safety pressure relief protection, and 50 feet of 1/2-inch two-wire hose.
